All these people who know these yajna-vidah(how to perform different yajna), become cleansed of the kalmasha(sins). Having tasted the amrutha(result which is equivalent to nectar) of such yajnas, they go towards brahman who is sanatana(eternal).

Following any of the procedures mentioned in the previous verses, one can get rid of their sins, and move towards achieving The Supreme.

In other words, the more and more you do these yajnas, the more and more you are cleansed from all the impurities within. The result of this process is – you will be elevated spiritually.

nāyaṁ loko ‘sty ayajñasya
kuto ‘nyaḥ kuru-sattama

There is no place for the ayajnasya(one who doesn’t do yajna) in this loka(planet), then where is the place in other lokas, O kurusattama(an uttama among Kurus).

One who doesn’t do any of the above yajnas doesn’t have place in this world itself, how can he find a place in a better world? Meaning – doing yajna is important to progress in this world and in higher worlds.
