Some yogis perfectly worship(paryupaasate) the devatas(daivam/demigods) by the yajnas(sacrifices), some perform yajna(sacrifice) in the fire of the Supreme(brahmagnav).

In the previous verse, Lord says a yogi sees Brahman in everything. Here and in the following verses, he continues how different people at different spiritual levels perform yajna.

Some worship demigods(Indra, Varuna) for various material benefits. Some worship the Supreme, by offering themselves, in the fire of knowledge(truth), with the purpose of merging with the Lord.
