Know this that the karma is produced from Brahma(Vedas), Brahma is manifested from the akshrara(Supreme Lord). Therefore all pervading Brahma is attained by the yajna.

From the previous verse, Yajna happens from Karma. Karma should be done in accordance with the Vedas. Vedas came from Brahma. Brahma is situated in the Supreme Lord. Hence all pervading Lord is attained by our yajna(Karma with devotion).

Partha! one who does not adopt this cycle thus described which is established in the Vedas, in this life, will live a life full of sins, satisfied in sense gratification, in a useless way.

The whole cycle is described in the previous verses,

Lord -> Vedas -> Karma -> Yajna -> Rains -> Grains -> sustenance of beings -> who in turn do Karma according to Vedas.

One who does not follow this cycle, but in turn indulges in sense gratification, will lead a life full of sins, and in a useless way. He’ll go deeper and deeper in his karma, than getting liberated from it.
